We get that we’re not everyone’s cup of tea, so if that’s true for you just reach out and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund to first-time customers who purchased within the past 30 days.

We also accept claims of malfunctioning MUD\WTR Whip frothers within one year of the purchase date.

Items returned without using our authorized return process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If the returned item is worn, or damaged upon arrival at our facility, we will not honor any previously approved refund or replacement.

Please take care in packing your MUD\WTR items for return. We are not responsible for any non-MUD\WTR items that are shipped back to our facility.

Refunds will be made only in the form of the original payment.

Canada Returns

We’re happy to accept returns from our Canadian customers, but we don’t currently provide return shipping labels. We’re working on it! In the meantime, contact us to start a return.
